  • After 5-6 hours, drain the water and rinse the sprouts again. Leave them in a strainer for around 8-10 hours or until they sprout.
  • In a mixing bowl, add the chopped cucumber, grated carrot, chopped tomato, chopped onion, chopped green chilli, and chopped coriander leaves.
  • Add the sprouts to the mixing bowl.
  • Add lemon juice, salt, and black pepper to the bowl.
  • Toss everything together until well combined.
  • Serve the sprouts salad immediately.
